Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Analyst to join the NA/PEX Actuarial team to support pricing, forecasting, and financial management of fully insured business. You will build pricing models, analyze large data sets, and help with pricing decisions.

You will collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, finance and other partners to translate data into actionable insights and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science strongly preferred.
• 0-1 years of related experience required.
• Pursuing ASA with 1-2 exams passed
• Experience working with large and detailed data sets

Responsibilities

• Developing the underlying pricing factors and assumptions used in NA/PEX pricing.
• Maintaining pricing tools and assisting with enhancements.
• Conducting ad hoc pricing studies and requests from business partners.
• Monitoring of emerging results.
• Collaborating with Underwriting on plan sponsor pricing opportunities for both new business and renewal business.
• Collaborating with other departments to assist with pricing assumptions
