Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Analyst to join the NA/PEX Actuarial team to support pricing, forecasting, and financial management of our fully insured business.

You will build actuarial expertise through pricing models, data analysis, and strategic decision-making, collaborating with actuarial, underwriting, finance, and other partners to evaluate trends and support new and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or related quantitative field.
• 0-1 years of related experience.
• Pursuing ASA with 1-2 exams passed.
• Experience working with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing factors and assumptions used in NA/PEX pricing.
• Maintain pricing tools and assist with enhancements.
• Conduct ad hoc pricing studies for business partners.
• Monitor emerging results and trends.
• Collaborate with Underwriting on plan sponsor pricing for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with other departments to assist with pricing assumptions.
