Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Analyst to join the NA/PEX Actuarial team to support pricing, forecasting and financial management of our fully insured business. You will gain hands-on experience with pricing models, large data sets, and collaboration with actuarial, underwriting, and finance partners.

You will work with actuarial, underwriting, finance and other partners to develop pricing assumptions, analyze large data sets and assist with pricing for both new and renewal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science or related quantitative field.
• 0-1 years of related experience.
• Pursuing ASA with 1-2 exams passed.

Responsibilities

• Developing underlying pricing factors and assumptions for NA/PEX pricing.
• Maintaining pricing tools and assisting with enhancements.
• Conducting ad hoc pricing studies and requests from business partners.
• Monitoring emerging results and trends in pricing.
• Collaborating with Underwriting on plan sponsor pricing for new and renewal business.
