The Fountain Group is a national staffing firm seeking an Actuarial Analyst and Actuarial Associate for a prominent client. Positions are remote in Arizona.

Position Details

Type: Direct Hire | Salary: $95,000-$140,000/year (DOE) | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analytics supporting product pricing and benefit design strategies.
• Develop models and tools to meet organizational profitability goals.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or related field (required).
• 2+ years of actuarial experience or equivalent at grade level 28+ (required).
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (required).
• Healthcare industry experience (preferred).

Associate Level Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in an actuarial role.
• Education: Bachelor’s in business, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
• Certifications: None required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in healthcare or health insurance; 5+ years in actuarial or healthcare economics.
• Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications: ASA, MAAA.
