Responsibilities

• Shape underwriting and strategic direction through insights.
• Review internal rate studies and ad hoc reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with claims stakeholders to examine trends and reports.
• Assist in rate filings, reserving studies, and opportunities.
• Support reinsurance cession determinations with finance partners.
• Act as one-person department interfacing with external actuaries.
• Hybrid work arrangement; proactive ownership and growth.
