Strive Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Actuarial Underwriting to support actuarial functions and assess new business opportunities. You will apply actuarial methods, collaborate with internal and external partners, and help refine pricing and financial models.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Actuarial, with a path toward an actuarial study program and a bonus plan. A hybrid-remote work model is available, and relocation/travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field is required.
• 2+ years experience in Actuarial services, Healthcare Economics, or related field.
• Minimum three completed actuarial exams.
• Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs.

Responsabilités

• Support actuarial functions and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to evaluate new business opportunities.
• Execute work assignments using actuarial and statistical methods.
• Develop client-specific assumptions as part of the finance budgeting process.
• Refine operating models and assist with strategic pricing analyses.
• Create materials for client presentations and communicate Strive’s impact.
