Job summary

CareCore at Meadows is seeking a passionate Activity Director to lead and develop engaging programs that enrich the lives of our residents. If you enjoy building meaningful connections, creating memorable experiences, and making a positive impact, we'd love to hear from you!

You will plan and oversee a comprehensive activities program, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and supervise staff to enhance residents' quality of life.

Qualifications

• Certification preferred or eligible to obtain certification.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Creative, energetic, and compassionate approach to resident engagement.
• Ability to plan, organize, and lead group and one-on-one activities.
