Job summary

Middlesex County is seeking a passionate Activity Director to lead engaging programs for our residents in a vibrant, resident-centered environment.

As part of our leadership team, you will plan social, recreational, and therapeutic activities, organize programs with families and staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain thorough documentation. Certification as an Activity Director is required, and this is a full-time, on-site role in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Experience in activity planning within a senior care, long-term care, or healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and creativity to develop engaging programs.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to activities in long-term care.
• Certification as an Activity Director required.
