Job summary

Altira Health Group in New Jersey is seeking an energetic Activity Director to lead engaging programs for residents. You will plan, develop, and coordinate social, recreational, and therapeutic activities that enhance quality of life and build a lively community.

This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and excellent communication with residents, families, and staff, plus certification as an Activity Director and knowledge of state regulations governing long-term care.
