Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person, over the phone, and through email inquiries.
• Assist guests with booking trips or services offered by Swan Mountain Outfitters.
• Provide relevant visitor information.
• Support corral staff in checking in guests for rides and processing payments.
• Relay information to staff regarding guest meals packed on certain trail rides.
• Check out retail guests or handle take-away orders for the restaurant.
