Yellowstone Club is seeking a Concierge Assistant Manager & Mountain Access Specialist in Big Sky, MT. This full-time, year-round role supports day-to-day Mountain Access operations and superior guest service in a private Montana resort community.

The position requires Mountain Access knowledge, hospitality experience, and supervisory capabilities, with opportunities to lead a team and ensure a welcoming Member experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent coursework.
• 4+ years of experience in the hotel/hospitality industry.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for Mountain Access with Concierge Manager.
• Learn and manage MA Member database, ski passes, and vehicle cards.
• Gather and manage Member/guest visit data; update databases and issue access cards.
• Coordinate with Concierge, Security, Transportation, Ski Operations and others for seamless MA operations.
• Provide guidance on Mountain Access policies, parking and related services.
