Job summary

Lone Mountain Ranch in Big Sky, Montana is seeking a Front Desk Attendant to welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate plans with other departments to ensure a seamless stay.

You will assist with reservations, provide local recommendations, handle guest questions, and maintain accurate guest information using our reservation and property management systems, with a focus on hospitality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Familiarity with reservation and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in/check-out.
• Assist guests with questions, reservations, itineraries, and local recommendations.
• Coordinate guest transportation, dining, activities, and special requests.
• Maintain accurate guest information in the PMS and other systems.
• Escort guests to accommodations and explain Ranch amenities.
• Communicate guest needs across housekeeping, transportation, and other departments.
• Support Outpost operations during busy periods and assist other departments as needed.
