Job summary

Yellowstone Club in Big Sky, MT seeks a Mountain Access Concierge Supervisor for Winter 2026-27. This seasonal full-time leadership role oversees the Mountain Access Concierge team, manages member/guest tracking, ski pass and vehicle card systems, and coordinates with the Concierge Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Mountain Access Concierge team and member/guest tracking.
• Coordinate with Concierge Manager to maintain access control systems.
• Hire, train, and coach staff; manage payroll and housing liaison duties.
• Develop and maintain training materials and staff handbooks.
• Prepare schedules, checklists, and daily tasks for the team.
• Maintain documentation and ensure timely information flow to staff.
