Overview

The Activity Desk Concierge coordinates guest participation in the activities offered via the Crown of the Continent Discovery Center located in West Glacier. The concierge works closely with the store manager, corral manager, and reservations staff to provide a seamless guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person, over the phone, and through email inquiries.
• Assist guests with booking trips or services offered by Swan Mountain Outfitters.
• Provide relevant visitor information.
• Support corral staff in checking in guests for rides, administering paperwork, processing payments, and educating guests about ride policies.
• Relay information to the store manager, cook, and corral staff regarding guest meals packed on certain trail rides.
• Check out retail guests or handle take‑away orders for the restaurant.

Qualifications
