Job summary
Camelot Care Center in Logansport, Indiana, is seeking compassionate Activity Assistants to support our pediatric skilled nursing team. You will assist the Activity Director in creating meaningful programs, encouraging participation, and helping with records and paperwork.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or its equivalent preferred.
- Must possess a valid Indiana driver’s license.
- Ability to read and write in English, and communicate with residents, families, personnel and support agencies.

- Maintain all records relating to activities and complete all paperwork on time.

- To encourage residents to participate in meaningful activities.
- To maintain all records relating to activities and complete all paperwork on a timely basis.
- Assist with seasonal activities and bulletin boards.
- Complete initial activity interest assessment
- Assist the Activity Director in integrating the activity department with other departments
- High School Graduate or its equivalent is preferred
- Must possess a valid Indiana driver’s license.

- Must be capable of extended periods of standing and bending.
- Knowledge of arts, crafts, music and group activities.
