Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Des Peres, Missouri, seeks a Life Enrichment Manager to create personalized Life Skills experiences for residents, including those living with memory loss. You will foster purpose, familiarity, and meaningful moments through resident-centered programming and structured activities.

You will develop Life Skills based on resident interests, engage residents daily in meaningful routines, organize groups, tailor ISPs, document participation, and maintain stations and supplies

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.
• Experience leading group activities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities.

Pay Range: 16.00 - 19.75
