Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Life Enrichment Manager to create fulfilling moments for seniors with memory loss. In this role, you will develop personalized Life Skills experiences and engage residents in meaningful routines.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience with memory-impaired seniors and strong organizational skills. This position offers a competitive pay range and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and retirement savings plans.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities

• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities

You help residents experience purpose, connection, and dignity through structured, resident-centered programming.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience working with memory‑impaired seniors
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Pay Range: 15.92 - 19.90

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses. The eligibility to receive such a bonus will depend on the employee’s position, plan/program offered by Sunrise at the time, and required performance pursuant to the plan/program.
