Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to create purposeful moments for residents living with memory loss. You will develop and implement Life Skills programs, engage residents daily, and tailor activities to individual interests.

The role emphasizes resident-centered programming, teamwork, and supporting teammates and volunteers. The position includes per-hour pay and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year experience working with memory‑impaired seniors
• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Pay Range: 15.92 - 19.90

In addition to base compensation, Sunrise may offer discretionary and/or non-discretionary bonuses.
