Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Littleton, CO is seeking a Life Enrichment Manager to design personalized Life Skills programs for residents, including memory care activities. You will lead small groups, tailor activities to cognitive ability, and collaborate with team members and volunteers to create meaningful moments.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of memory-impaired senior care experience, a high school diploma, strong communication, and organizational skills.

• 1+ year experience working with memory-impaired seniors
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
• Experience leading group activities preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized Life Skills based on resident interests and abilities
• Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
• Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
• Review ISPs, Resident Profiles, and demographic information to tailor activities
• Document participation per quality standards
• Maintain Life Skills stations and program supplies
• Encourage team members and volunteers to support engagement
• Assist residents to and from programs and activities
• You help residents experience purpose, connection, and dignity through structured, resident-centered programming.
