Job summary

Apploi is seeking a dedicated Activity Aide to support recreational, social, and spiritual programs for residents in our long-term care setting. You will assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating daily activity activities in alignment with care plans.

The role emphasizes patience, empathy, and a cheerful disposition as you encourage resident engagement and promote well-being across physical, social, and mental health dimensions. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available.

• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition & enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.

Job Summary

The primary purpose of the Activity Aide is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.

Essential Duties

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and charting for the daily activity programs & quality assurance for the Activities Department.
