Apploi is seeking an Activity Aide to assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreational and social programs for residents in our care facility. You will help prepare spaces, support program delivery, and encourage engagement to promote well-being.

Ideal candidates have experience in long-term care activities, patience, and a cheerful disposition, with a willingness to adapt to residents' needs and maturity levels while maintaining a compassionate, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The primary purpose of the Activity Aide is to assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.

Essential Duties

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and charting for the daily activity programs & quality assurance for the Activities Department.
