Job summary

Complete Care at Burlington Woods seeks an Activity Aide to implement scheduled programs and support residents during events, promoting a warm, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player.
• Basic computer knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.

Activity Aide Qualifications & Responsibilities:
