Job summary

Complete Care at Woodlands is seeking an Activity Aide for part-time 4pm-8pm to create meaningful experiences for residents and enhance quality of life.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Previous long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player.
• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
• Computer knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support scheduled activity programs.
• Assist residents during activities and events.
• Monitor behavior and communicate with nursing staff.
• Maintain attendance calendars for activities.
• Assist with holiday displays and decorations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
