Job summary

Burlington Health & Rehabilitation Center in Burlington, VT is seeking a compassionate and organized Activities Aide to develop and carry out recreational programs, group activities, and special events for our residents. You will support residents, transport them to activities, and help create engaging experiences while ensuring safety and well-being.

Previous experience with seniors is valued, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience and demonstrated interest in working with seniors preferred.
• Ability to work the required hours and rotation.
• Compassionate, dependable, and organized.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
