Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. in Burlington, New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Activity Aide to join our team. In this full-time role, you will implement scheduled programs and assist residents, ensuring a compassionate service environment.

You will also maintain activity attendance calendars and help with holiday decorations. A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required, while previous long-term care experience is preferred but not mandatory. Activity Aide Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous long‑term care experience preferred but not required
• Must be energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player
• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility
• Computer knowledge
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator
