Job summary

Complete Care at Holiday City is seeking an Activity Aide to bring compassion and companionship to residents. You will support scheduled programs, assist during events, and help maintain activity calendars, enriching the daily lives of our extended family.

This role offers a part-time schedule (11am–7pm on weekdays and every other weekend) with opportunities for career advancement, and a benefits package for full-time staff. Join our team where dedication is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
• Computer Knowledge.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.
