Job summary

Complete Care at St. Vincent's is seeking an Activity Aide to join our compassionate team. You will plan and implement engaging activities, assist residents, and help maintain calendars and decorations across the facility.

The role emphasizes energetic, empathetic teamwork with residents and staff, and offers a full-time schedule with daily pay options and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Energetic, creative, empathetic and a team player.
• Computer literacy and basic tech skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout the facility.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.
