• Build relationships with residents, families, and staff through empathetic communication and active listening.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to address resident needs, preferences, and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to activity participation.
• Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and regulatory requirements.
