RYZE on the Avenue in Chicago, IL is seeking a compassionate Activity Aide to enhance residents' quality of life through engaging programs. Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and implementation of resident activities, including outings, events, and recreations, designed to promote socialization, engagement, and overall well-being.
• Support the activities program by preparing materials, setting up spaces, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for residents.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff through empathetic communication and active listening.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address resident needs, preferences, and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to resident activities and participation.
• Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
