RYZE on the Avenue in Chicago, IL is seeking a compassionate Activity Aide to enhance residents' quality of life through engaging programs. • Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff through empathetic communication and active listening.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address resident needs, preferences, and concerns.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to resident activities and participation.
• Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
