Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with organizing and conducting recreational, social, and group activities for residents.
• Encourage participation in scheduled activities.
• Provide individual activities and engagement for residents as appropriate.
• Assist with holiday celebrations, events, games, crafts, and music.
• Prepare activity areas and supplies before programs and assist with cleanup afterwards.
• Assist residents to and from scheduled activities as needed.
• Develop positive and respectful relationships with residents.
• Observe resident participation and communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Assist with maintaining activity calendars, attendance records, and other required documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing, Social Services, dietary, and other departments to support resident needs.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, safety, and confidentiality.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and applicable safety requirements.
• Perform additional activities-related duties as assigned.

Schedule
