Complete Care at Laurelton is seeking an energetic Activity Aide to plan, coordinate, and lead daily recreational programs that encourage socialization and well-being for our residents.
You will support residents one-on-one, monitor engagement, and document attendance while assisting with decorations and event setup to create a warm, home-like environment.

High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience as an Activity Aide or in a long-term care, healthcare, recreation, or customer service setting is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated candidates
Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Creative, dependable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team
Basic computer skills required

As an Activity Aide at Complete Care, you will:
Assist the Director of Activities in coordinating and leading daily recreational, social, and therapeutic programs
Encourage resident participation and provide one-on-one support during activities as needed
Monitor resident engagement and communicate observations to the nursing team when appropriate
Maintain accurate attendance records and activity documentation
Help decorate Complete Care for holidays, seasonal events, and special celebrations
Prepare activity materials and ensure activity spaces remain organized and inviting
Support community events and special programs that enhance the resident experience
Perform additional duties assigned by the Director of Activities or Administrator
