Clarity Care, Inc. is seeking an Activity Support Provider to assist in the Day Services Program, helping members with daily activities and community involvement in Oshkosh, WI. No experience required; training provided and immediate hiring.

The role emphasizes compassionate, hands-on support, teamwork, and adherence to regulatory standards to improve quality of life for members.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma/equivalent and/or related work/life experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess a valid WI driver’s license and meet driving standards; provide proof of auto insurance.
• Must pass a WI Caregiver Background Check and any applicable state checks.
