Qualifikationen

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in recreation/health club operations or related area.
• Or: 2-year degree from an accredited university in Health Education, Physical Education, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.

• Staffing and training for Activities and Concierge Departments.
• Ensures staff is knowledgeable regarding property facilities and daily events.
• Manage Activities Team and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Coordinate daily events and guest experiences across departments.
• Manage departmental budgets including wages and controllable expenses.
• Provide coaching and development to hourly employees.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest issues.
