The Addison of Alpharetta, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to engage residents with personalized programming and social activities. This role emphasizes compassionate elder care and collaboration with residents, families, and staff.

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
