Job summary

Vintage Gardens is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to engage residents through personalized activities and social programs within a Sonida Senior Living community. You will play a key role in creating a vibrant campus life that supports resident wellbeing and enjoyment.

You will interact with residents, families, and staff to tailor enrichment activities, uphold resident rights, and coordinate programs that reflect individual preferences while ensuring safety and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
