Job summary

Vintage Gardens, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to engage residents in meaningful activities and social events. You will collaborate with care teams to tailor programs, monitor resident well-being, and promote safety and dignity.

You’ll coordinate recreation, educate staff, and participate in state and company training. The role offers comprehensive benefits, flexible scheduling, and opportunities to grow within a respected senior living network.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with residents, families, staff, and other visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
