Sonida Senior Living's The Ashton at Villages Crossing in Florida is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to enhance resident experiences through engaging programs and activities. You will collaborate with residents, families and staff to tailor recreation that respects preferences and supports well-being.

This role focuses on person-centered care, safety, and compliance while delivering enjoyable activities daily.

Responsibilities

• Interact with residents, families, staff, and visitors in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous.
• Ensure that residents are free from abuse (physicals, verbal and sexual).
• Supports resident independent recreation, based on individual preferences.
• Ensures the residents' right to make personal choices in agreement with the residents' service plan.
• Attends all in-service education programs mandated by SSL, State and Federal guidelines.
