The Rose Senior Living is recruiting for a Life Enrichment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating meaningful activities appropriate to the needs and interests of residents, contributing to their physical, mental, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage Memory Care residents in social activities throughout the day.
2. Assist with planning and coordinating activities such as current events, discussion groups, sensory stimulation, cultural activities, religious services, entertainment, outside trips, and special events.
3. Manage the movement of residents to and from recreational areas.
4. Direct volunteer activities, support enlistment, coordinate efforts, and provide training and supervision.
5. Maintain accurate attendance records for activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Six (6) months experience working with seniors in activities or life enrichment preferred.
