Position Details

This position is based at Coachman Square at Woodbridge in Woodbridge, CT. The role involves organizing and implementing programs tailored to meet the individual needs of residents, focusing on psychological, intellectual, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being. The Programming Coordinator supports and assists in all programming activities.

Employment Information

• Employment Status: Full Time
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 9am-5pm
• Compensation: $22.00/hr

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or formal education in recreation and programming, with knowledge of aging and dementia.
• Qualified by experience and training to develop engaging programs for elders and persons with dementia.
• Therapeutic Recreation certification preferred.
• High-level skills in planning appropriate activities and programs.
• Experience in an Assisted Living setting preferred.
