Position: Life Enrichment Coordinator

Rose Senior Living is recruiting for a Life Enrichment Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating meaningful activities appropriate to the needs and interests of residents, conducive to their physical, mental, and social well-being.

Daily Responsibilities

• Engage Memory Care residents in social activities throughout the day.
• Assist with planning and coordinating activities such as current events, discussion groups, sensory stimulation, cultural activities, religious services, entertainment, outside trips, and special events.
• Manage the movement of residents to and from recreational areas.
• Coordinate volunteer activities, support and supervise volunteers, and provide training.
• Maintain accurate attendance records for activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Six (6) months of experience working with seniors in activities or life enrichment preferred.
