The Arbor Company is seeking part-time and full-time Activities Assistants to brighten the days of seniors through engaging activities, events, and one-on-one connections. Join a team that values joy, purpose, and meaningful moments for residents, with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Experience in activities, recreation, education, or caregiving is preferred.

We're seeking Part-Time and Full-Time Activities Assistants to join our team. Candidates must be comfortable working with older adults, including residents living with various stages of dementia. Experience in senior living, recreation, activities, education, caregiving, or customer service is preferred but not required.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Is friendly, outgoing, and enjoys connecting with people.

• Has a positive attitude and brings enthusiasm to every day.

• Is comfortable working with older adults, including those with dementia.

• Can work alternating weekends.

• Has experience in activities, recreation, education, caregiving, event planning, hospitality, customer service, or healthcare (preferred).
