Job summary

The Arbor Company in Peachtree City, GA, is hiring an Activities Assistant to create meaningful, engaging programs for residents using our 6-dimensional engagement approach. You will foster connections, support well-being, and help residents thrive in a warm, respectful team setting.

If you have experience as a teacher, event planner, caregiver, nurse, med tech, or project coordinator, you will fit right in.

Qualifications

• Experience with seniors preferred.
• Background in teaching, caregiving, or healthcare helpful.
• Ability to create engaging activities and programs for residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful and engaging opportunities for residents to thrive through the 6-dimensional engagement program.
• Build deep connections with residents and their families.
• Contribute creativity and teamwork to a dynamic care team.

• Previous experience as a Teacher, Event Planner, Caregiver, Nurse, Med Tech or Project Coordinator.
• Preferred, but not required, experience working with seniors.
