The Arbor Company in Delray Beach, FL is seeking an Activities Assistant to bring joy and purpose to residents through our six-dimensional engagement program. You will design and deliver engaging activities that support health, spirit, and social connection.

You will build meaningful relationships with residents and families, collaborate with a dynamic team, and adapt programming to individual needs, ensuring a warm, respectful environment where every day matters.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering engaging activities for seniors (6-dimensional engagement).
• Ability to build meaningful connections with residents and families.
• Creative use of activities to support residents' health and spirit.
• Team-oriented collaboration with staff to support residents.

You'll be great on this team because you have:

• Previous experience as a Teacher, Event Planner, Caregiver, Nurse, Med Tech or Project Coordinator.
• Preferred, but not required, experience working with seniors.
