The Arbor Company in Exton, PA is looking for part-time and full-time Activities Assistants to bring joy to seniors through engaging activities, events, and one-on-one connections.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with alternating weekends. Experience in senior living or caregiving is preferred but not required.

You’ll plan activities, build relationships with residents, support those with dementia, and work as part of a compassionate team to enrich lives.

We’re seeking Part-Time and Full-Time Activities Assistants to join our team. Candidates must be comfortable working with older adults, including residents living with various stages of dementia. Experience in senior living, recreation, activities, education, caregiving, or customer service is preferred but not required.

• Can work alternating weekends.
• Has experience in activities, recreation, education, caregiving, event planning, hospitality, customer service, or healthcare (preferred).
