Job summary

Journey is seeking an Activities Assistant in Frankfort, KY to support the Wellness/Activities program for residents. You will help create monthly activity calendars, run group and individual activities, and coordinate community events alongside the Activities Director.

The role emphasizes resident well-being, engagement, and timely observation/reporting of changes in mood or participation. High school diploma required; CNA preferred but not mandatory. Benefits include standard care-team perks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly activity calendars with the Activities Director.
• Conduct group and one-on-one activities and coordinate events.
• Observe resident mood and engagement and report changes to the Director.
