Responsibilities

Collaborate with the activity coordinator to develop innovative programs tailored to the interests and abilities of residents.
Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere during activities and encourage participation from all residents.
Assist with the setup and cleanup of activity spaces and ensure all materials are in order.
Build meaningful relationships with residents, creating a welcoming and supportive environment.
