Job summary

Hcshiring is seeking a Weekend Shift Activities Assistant to provide and supervise enrichment opportunities for residents in Spokane, WA. You will support the care team and families to help residents reach their highest potential.

Responsibilities include leading group and individual activities, following the monthly schedule, documenting resident participation, and attending care conferences. A valid driver's license and ability to work weekends are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills with residents and families.
• Advocate for the senior population and promote wellbeing.

Weekend Shift!

As activities assistant, you provide and supervise enrichment opportunities to meet the physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs of each patient/resident. You assist the care team and residents' families helping residents reach their highest potential.

You will:
