Job summary

The Phoenix Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking an Activity Assistant to encourage fun and creativity with our residents. You will work with the Activity Director to provide group and individual activities in our nursing home, with a varied schedule that includes every other weekend and some holidays.
