Menifee Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Activities Assistant to join our team. You will help plan and run engaging activities for residents, including events, sing-alongs, and exercise classes, while supporting a positive, compassionate environment.

The role emphasizes organization, reliability, and the ability to work with seniors, including those with dementia. A high school diploma and valid First Aid certification are required, and prior experience in elder care is preferred.

Formación

• Experience coordinating activities for seniors, including those with dementia.
• Strong organization, planning, and ability to engage and redirect seniors.
• Energetic, caring demeanor.
• Ability to operate VCR/DVD and stereo systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• First Aid Certification required.

Skills

• Experience in activities with seniors who have dementia or in a senior retirement community
• Great organization, planning, and engaging/re-directing seniors
• Great energy and kindness
• Operate a VCR, DVD, and stereo system.
• High School diploma or equivalent certificate
• Must possess valid First Aid Certification
